  • Ingredients

    • 2 oz Pineapple Syrup
    • 1 oz coconut rum or vodka
    • 1 oz fresh lime juice
    • 1 oz simple syrup (or to taste)
    • Club soda or sparkling water
    • Ice cubes
    • Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. In a shaker, combine the pineapple syrup, coconut rum (or vodka), fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
    2. Shake well until all ingredients are combined and chilled.
    3. Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice.
