🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 black tea bag (or 1 tbsp loose black tea)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Chai Tea Syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • Sugar-free sweetener to taste (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the tea bag and spices (cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom) to the boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
