Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 black tea bag (or 1 tbsp loose black tea)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Chai Tea Syrup
- 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- Sugar-free sweetener to taste (optional)

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the tea bag and spices (cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom) to the boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag and stir in the vanilla extract and Sugar-Free Chai Tea Syrup.
- In another saucepan, heat the milk until warm (do not boil).
- Pour the spiced tea into a mug, add the warm milk, and stir to combine.
