nice and coconutty I like this flavor in lattes and I also think it would be great in sno cones/shaved ice. I thought the taste was good, and I like that it's made with real sugar and not corn syrup. It does have preservatives and artificial flavors if you care about those. I used about three pumps in my mug of drip coffee. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a dispenser pump, though a little disappointed that if you put the dispenser pump in the brand new full bottle, it will overflow.
