    We stand behind every bottle with a 30-day taste guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund, replace, or credit your order — your call.

    Reach out to our team through the contact page with your order number and what went wrong. Most refunds are approved within 1–2 business days and returned to your original payment method.

    As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking link. You can also find tracking anytime under your account's order history.

    If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll update the address for you. Once it's on its way we can't reroute it, but we'll always help you sort things out.
