One of the boxes was extremely damaged, but everything was intact except for a bottle indent or two. I think stronger boxes with a bit mire padding could be used, but I know a big part is the carrier.

Works like a champ. No issues.
Before placing the pump in the bottle press it fully down and slowly release the pump as you lower into the bottle. This will prevent you for having to remove any fluid from the bottle, while also filling the pump.

Each push is about ¼ oz (roughly 1½ tsp) — the same dose café pumps use. Two pumps for a small drink, three for a 16oz latte.

Yes. Our pumps are custom-threaded for Syruvia 750mL bottles. They also fit most standard 28-410 syrup bottles.

If the bottle has a standard 28-410 thread it will fit. Most major syrup brands use this size, but always double-check the neck.

Unscrew the top, pull out the dip tube, rinse with warm soapy water. All parts are top-rack dishwasher safe.
