SHAVED ICE BUBBLE GUM SYRUP

Good flavor. Be aware of the ingredients. Disclaimer: I did not use these to flavor snow cones, but to flavor soda water.

Flavor isn't too bad, definitely tasted like bubble gum. Tastes pretty artificial, but it is bubble gum flavor after all. Syrup is concentrated but not overly so, and it pours pretty easy. Honestly not as sugary as I expected, and I ended up having to use more syrup to get the right flavor. Be aware that this contains red 40 (if it wasn't already obvious from the color of the syrup in the product picture).

Overall decent and worth a try if you are into bubble gum flavored things. Value isn't too bad either. If you're using this like me to make soda, you can expect to get probably 4-6 uses from this amount of syrup if you're flavoring the standard 1-liter soda stream sized bottle, but it will depend on how sweet you like it of course.

I love Bubble Gum, and I thought it would be a great twist on a classic flavor. And, yeah, it's definitely got a strong Bubble Gum flavor going on. But, here's the thing: it's also super, super sweet. Like, I-can-feel-the-sugar-coming-from-a-mile-away sweet. And, honestly, it's a bit much for me. I mean, I like my sweets, but this stuff is almost cloying. Still, the kids loved it, and it was a hit at the party. So, while it's not my go-to shaved ice syrup, I'd still recommend it for a fun twist on a classic flavor. Just be prepared for a sugar rush!

I got a bottle for a family gathering, and it was such a fun addition. The taste is just like the bubble gum I used to chew as a kid. The only hiccup is that I felt the flavor kinda mellowed out after a few bites; I was wishing for a little more intensity. But overall, it was enjoyable.

Adding this to some weakly flavored diet soda water drinks made them good enough to drink but with fewer calories than plain non-diet soda. I'd gotten a few boxes of beverages I'd describe as drinking static while thinking about the flavors on the can. This syrup saved me from wasting those drinks while waiting for my snow cone maker to arrive. This also works well for adding flavor to some otherwise boring-tasting frozen fruit smoothies and sorbet. I keep it in the fridge even though it doesn't say refrigeration is required, which keeps it from melting ice like the ones at the snow cone booth. This is definitely a better value than buying a few of those.
