Rich, tropical, and ultra-creamy—this Ube Coconut Shake blends smooth coconut with vibrant ube flavor for a refreshing, indulgent treat.

Ingredients:
 1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup ice
1 oz. Ube Syrup
1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional)

Instructions:
 1. Add to Blender: Combine coconut milk, ice, Ube Syrup, and ice cream in a blender.

I’m struggling with this one. Upon opening it, you get an overwhelming smell that I can only describe as “oily” similar to rancid butter. I usually love ube in any form, but this one tastes extremely earthy in a way I’m not accustomed to. I can’t tell if it actually has a gritty texture or if the flavor is playing tricks on my tongue.
