Delicious! I got the lavender syrup to make the green matcha oatmeal milk drink with lavender foam from Starbucks and this thing is the perfect ingredient. It is subtle enough to give the tea a wonderful flavor without overpowering. It tastes just like it. I haven’t tried the vanilla one but I imagine it tastes as good as the lavender one. Big bottles too! Took a pic next to a wine bottle for perspective

While the vanilla syrup was passable, it lacked that rich flavor I wanted. The lavender was fragrant but overpowering, making my coffee taste more like potpourri than a comforting drink. It's not a total loss, but I expected more balance.

Unfortunately, my first experience with these syrups was a huge letdown. The vanilla syrup just tasted bland and overly sugary, while the lavender completely dominated the flavor profile. It had this weird, medicinal quality that made my coffee taste more like a bizarre concoction than a refreshing drink.
