I tried making my own but all the pistachio extracts just hit wrong. Couldn't find any sugar free versions so had to go with regular diluted with sf simple syrup but was to bland & still spiked my sugars too much. Then I found this brand. OMG it's amazing! The sf pistachio is perfect in my morning profee & the price is ridiculous. I usually pay $10 a bottle or more unless it's a super basic flavor. I'll definitely be adding more to my collection.

I’ve been buying the pistachio sugar-free syrup for about a year now and with my most recent order last week, I noticed that the pistachio is much darker in color, almost an olive green versus the bright green that it used to be. And the syrup is much thicker and it seems like it takes more to get the taste that I got with just a splash of the thinner bright green syrup. I’m hoping it’s a fluke and the next order is how it used to be.
